Privacy policy
Leading Search List collects only the information people choose to submit through the agency-review and enquiry forms. This can include names, work email addresses, organisation details, websites and supporting evidence.
How information is used
Agency submissions are used to assess corrections and possible inclusion in a future annual edition. Bushnote enquiries are used to respond to the person or organisation that contacted Bushnote. We do not sell submitted personal information.
Storage and access
Form records are stored in the site’s hosted database and are available only to people responsible for reviewing submissions or responding to enquiries. We retain records for as long as they remain useful for those purposes, subject to legal and operational requirements.
International visitors
Visitors may be located outside Australia. If you are in the European Economic Area or another jurisdiction with privacy rights, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your submission.
Contact
For a privacy request, email contact@bushnote.com. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant submission, but do not send passwords or other sensitive credentials.
